Anna Barba

My name is Anna Barba. I am from New York but my mommy and daddy were born in Italy. #YankeesRule. An interesting fact about me is that I lived in Italy for 2 years and I am bilingual. My favorite children’s book is “The Survivor Tree” by Marcie Colleen. My favorite place to visit is Fire Island in New York but to be honest anywhere there is a beach. What I love about the ATS family is that I learn so much about different cultures and ethnicities that make up my school community.

My name is Stephanie Byrne. I am from France but grew up in Arlington. An interesting fact about me is I used to be a student at ATS many many years ago. My favorite children’s book is “The Gruffalo” by Julia Donaldson. My favorite place to visit is Marseille, France. What I love about the ATS family is the diversity.

My favorite place to visit is Shenandoah National Park. What I love about the ATS family is the diversity of our school community and learning about all our different cultures.

My name is Rista Brown. I am from Eritrean American. An interesting fact about me is I make jewelry and pottery. My favorite children’s book is “The The Runaway Bunny” by Margaret Wise Brown. My favorite place to visit is Limburg, Germany. What I love about ATS is the school's traditional values and commitment to excellence. The staff’s dedication to student’s success academically and emotionally is reflected in their achievements. I like the positive attitudes and caring towards staff to students and staff to staff .
