Reporting Attendance

Attendance Procedures during Distance Learning

Students will be required to check-in with their classroom teacher each day. Teachers will take attendance based on daily student check-ins. Whenever your child will be late or absent from distance learning, please report that information to the attendance line or email no later than 11:00 a.m. that day. You may report attendance one of the following ways:

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Student’s first and last name
  • Student’s grade
  • Student’s teacher
  • Reason for absence/tardy

Attendance Procedures during In-Person Instruction

Whenever your child will be late or absent from school, please report that information to the attendance line or email no later than 8:30 a.m. that day.  You may report attendance one of the following ways:

Please include the following information in your message:

  • Student’s first and last name
  • Student’s grade
  • Student’s teacher
  • Reason for absence/tardy
  • If you would like to request homework, homework may be sent home with the absent student’s sibling or left on the grey countertop outside of the main office after school dismisses.  To have homework sent home with a sibling, please include the sibling’s first and last name and their teacher’s name.  Homework may be picked up on the grey countertop outside of the main office from 3:06 p.m. until 6:00 p.m.  Please use the doorbell at Door #10 after 4:00 p.m. for entrance (monitored by Extended Day).
